Hmm, it's the powdery kind, known  as 粉肠 which I didn't dare to eat because I prefer 大肠 instead.

Nevertheless, their 粉肠 is well cleaned up so the intestine taste wasn't so obvious (:

Well, Swing and I loved soups of Bak Kut Teh. We often push each other to finishing the meat so refills is the most important (: I had been to Bak Kut Teh shops where they give you a really long black face when you asked for more soup. Well, this shop refilled a couple of times and we were glad they did it so willingly. The meat was rather tender - must be the long hours boiled together with the soup base and other spices (:
