Got invited by Ms Susan Paua for a specially arranged field trip to Popeyes' Ang Mo Kio outlet!

And we had a sponsored Popeyes' treat!
My favourite Popeyes' menu item: Cajun Fried!
But there is a very scary knowledge we learnt from this trip - Cajun is a mixture of intestines :X OMG, luckily I'm not a fan of Cajun Chicken Chop and stuff.. Just Popeyes' Cajun Fries!

What is really interesting is the way they lock the chicken juice during the frying process - not sure if we can reveal :x The origin of Popeyes', Lousiana, is food gourmet paradise - just like Singapore! They love to mix flavours and spices in their food preparation for alternate tastes :D The chicken is pretty unique (:
