Back to flea lifeeeeee..!!

Baby swing and I had "paused" flea-ing for a while due to our exams. Our last flea was the Mille Fleur at Clarke Quay where it was a very competitive bazaar. Only one bulb worked for our lightings that day :( whereas every other accessories vendors had their accessories shone with beautiful lightning. The rental was a freaking almost $300! Lucky we managed to share our stall with another vendor selling Apparels if not we had suffered super heavy loss!

This time around we had our first flea after this two months of hiatus at new*SCAPE building right beside Cineleisure. It is an awesome place for youngsters to chill, hang out and spend time at. However it was still a new building with the most areas still under contruction so sales wasn't really good. Espcially on Sunday where there is lesser crowd in town. Lucky there was another flea going on opposite on Saturday which brought sales to our biz.

However, Baby Swing and I have decided to take on the flea again this weekend. But this time round, we are getting two stalls per day. It's a rather big investment because at the end of the flea, we might not even earn back the rental. Organizers are improving on the publicity of this event and hope it creates wider awareness to the people in town that a flea is going on in this new building.

One heart wrecking thought, TRANSPORTATION!

Previous Saturday, Baby Swing decided to drive to flea &guess what ? The parking fees amounted to $18.90 which was already considered cheap in Somerset area. We had to get my parents to come drive us to and home on Sunday.

I guess business is really hardddd now. Swing and I are still working on our wholesale section. Hope everything goes well.

Trimmed brows; Kbox

I was just fretting over other skill to take up the other day so that I can do freelancing while completing my polytechnic diploma; considering make up as the 1st choice. So I did a research on the recognised makeup schools in Singapore and then I was in a dilemma choosing a better school to take up & also, I don't think my parents would wanna invest even more money on me already, I think I can only learn after my poly diploma? :[


Speech&Drama, Creative Writing, Basic Hairdressing..
These 3, they already invested $5k +. I don't think they wanna fork out $3k + more right?

Just then, Swing's classmate, Annie needed models for eyebrow trimming at her makeup school, so we headed down yesterday and had fun while having our brows trimmed and they gave me ARCS! (which most of my previous eyebrow stylist didn't do so, they just followed the natural curve)


&& now, I'm very very convinced that I should go for this make up course, its always better to own another skill right?

My conscience: Think of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Whatever it is, if by any chance I had $3k +, I would probably save it for this purpose, as most of you guys know, I wouldn't spend more on clothes. 3 things that I would spend my money at:

1. FOOD (A hungry man is an angry man)
2. Make Up
3. Skills

To be true to myself, I wouldn't even wanna spend money seeing doctor when I'm sick(unless I needed a medical certificate). I had been sick since almost 10 days, I was down with internal fever last night( Thanks Baby Swing for taking care of me the whole night!)


Despite being sick, I had managed to survive the Kbox session with Pamela, Lilian & Darren. I guess we all had fun & Lady Gaga's Telephone Karaoke Version in Kbox is damn funny laaaaaaaaa!

Hope I get better today for the flea tommorrow and Sunday. There will be 2 fleas going on. One at Scape Youth Park, One at new Scape Building. Mine is the new Scape Building with a Starhub Event going on beside Cineleisure. It's outdoor with a huge tentage on top! Hope to see you there!

One night before our results were released, Swing and I headed down to Newton Food Centre to meet Pamela, Darren, Marcus, Renee & Clement.

I had been staying over at Swing's house for these few days, haven't been going out which means I haven't been practising my make up. Lol. So feelin' feeling', I drew my lower eye lids.

Had been feelin sore in my throat since last week's trip to Club Mulan to see Vicki's debut performance. Fortunately after we left Club Mulan, I drank a lot of ice water in Sabai. Phew. My throat still feelin' sore :[ Hope it doesn't affects Karaoke tmrw.

I'll be selling apparels and accessories at the flea beside Cineleisure, specifically, the new SCAPE building. Do come down support! It's a Starhub Event as well, hope to earn lots of money!

Sentosaaaaaaa

When school holidays started, Swing and I had decided to head Sentosa one day like a tourist. We reached there only at 1 plus but we were glad the hot sun showed mercy after 3! Thank God!

Mixed feelings are killing me softly.
I don't like it at all.

I had just signed up for 2 fleas events, lasting 4 days over 2 weeks.
Hope Swing, my auntie and I can sell off some stuff to earn some money.

So tmrw I'll wake up packing all my apparels (It's goinna be very tedious!! Argh!)
and in the afternoon I'm going to bring accessories over for Baby Swing to do photoshoot.

Met Monster and Layss at Lot One the night before Statistics Paper. Wanted to study but end up we recorded 2 Zhou Jia's Music Videos and had lots of photos taken!

First heard Gee! from Sabai and now it's a like must-watch music video everytime I switch on my laptop! And I'm like addicted to Sabai......'s music! I don't really go pubs for drinking as a lot of people know, because I hate vomits! Yucks! So I think Sabai is a great place for chill out and watching professional performace :]

Hmmm..

When is my next trip to Sabai? :]

On the first day of New Year, my Baby said to me ...

The first day of New Year, happened to be my cousin, Xin Rong's 21st birthday :] So we went to my maternal grandma's house to bai nian then went to Xin Rong's house later that night and it was a fantasic gathering!

Well, it's P.O.M this friday. Havent even tidy my notes to study yet! Good Game man!

Oh yes, projects are finally over!


This time round, almost all the projects for every modules were done within a week.
Might not be really effective but efficiency is guaranteed :]
